What is the dress code for this event?

The dress code will be black tie affair with cosplay (floor length gowns and suit & tie) for the Starlight Solstice Ball. Feel free to also add in cosplay elements to your attire! Examples will be posted on our TikTok and Instagram.

How much are tickets?

Tickets to this event will range from $175-250 per person. They will be for sale starting February 28, 2025. A discount will be available for early shoppers!

How do I become a VIP?

Purchase an Inner Circle VIP admission ticket while they are still available and enjoy the perks!

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! For the Starlight Solstice Ball, we will have grazing tables available in which access will be included with your admission ticket. For additional items, there will be food vendors available for purchase. There will be two bars available, each with their own specialty drinks, also available for purchase. VIP ticket holders will get one drink ticket included for use at either bar as will a specific number of early shoppers, so don’t wait to purchase your ticket!

How old do I have to be to attend?

This event is 21+ only. Please have your i.d. ready with your ticket at the door. We reserve the right to turn away anyone under 21 from this event. Absolutely NO children are permitted as there will be alcohol and adult themes not suitable to younger audiences. You must be 21 on or before the date of the event.

What Airport should I fly into?

Plattsburgh International Airport (PBG) is 10 minutes from the venue, but it may benefit you to fly into Burlington International Airport (BTV) just across the lake from Plattsburgh, about 1 hour away. Flying into Burlington does require you to take a ferry to Plattsburgh, but it is usually much less expensive.

Is there a hotel?

If you check our “Mountain Court Favorites” tab, at the bottom, there will be a list of hotels in the area, including some hotels with specific blocks for the event to help you secure discounted rates here locally.

What is the refund policy?

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Delays, venue access issues, emergencies, weather-related problems, or any other circumstances will not entitle you to refunds or future credits.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances not in the control of the issuer, Northern Realm Events may reschedule the event, issue partial or full refunds, or take other appropriate actions at its sole discretion.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another named ticket holder up until 1 month before the event. This procedure will be released with ticket sales. Tickets are not transferable to future events.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets sold by third party sellers WILL NOT be valid.

Can I film my own content at this event?

Professional cameras will not be allowed. We intend to have a team of photographers and videographers capturing the magic! You may of course utilize your phone for photos and video.
