Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Delays, venue access issues, emergencies, weather-related problems, or any other circumstances will not entitle you to refunds or future credits.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances not in the control of the issuer, Northern Realm Events may reschedule the event, issue partial or full refunds, or take other appropriate actions at its sole discretion.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another named ticket holder up until 1 month before the event. This procedure will be released with ticket sales. Tickets are not transferable to future events. The Name on your ticket must match the name on your i.d. the day of the event.
